country in placing commercial loans. CUSP, which stands for COMMERCIAL UNDERWRITING SUPPORT PROGRAM, was created
to assist the RESIDENTIAL expert in closing COMMERCIAL loans. By bridging the gap between Brokers, Borrowers and

CUSP is an interactive information portal between the Broker and the Bank. Our site allows for a very
detailed application, an approval or denial based on that application and if your file is approved a Letter of
Interest is also available.
